APA Coins – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing products from APA Coins, participating in our live auctions, surprise sets, repacks, or engaging with our website and livestreams, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to create a fair, transparent, and enjoyable experience for every collector in our community.

2. Live Auctions & Surprise Sets

Transparency is at the core of everything we do.

All live auctions and surprise sets are streamed publicly and recorded whenever possible.
Winners and item assignments are determined live during the broadcast.
Once an auction closes or a surprise set has been opened or revealed, all sales are final.
APA Coins is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, streaming platform issues, power failures, or other events outside of our reasonable control.
In the event a livestream must be interrupted, we reserve the right to resume or complete the event at the earliest reasonable opportunity.

3. Coin Repacks & Professionally Sealed Products

APA Coins offers professionally sealed mystery and surprise products designed for collectors who enjoy the excitement of discovery.

To maintain complete transparency:

Every repack series includes a published checklist detailing all possible contents.
Checklists identify each coin by date (when applicable), denomination, type, precious metal content, grade (if certified), and other relevant details.
Once a series is finalized, no additional items will be added or removed.
Every item contained within a repack series is disclosed on the published checklist. We do not include undisclosed prizes or hidden bonus items.
We do not advertise guaranteed profits, investment returns, minimum values, maximum values, average values, or future appreciation.
Purchasing a surprise product means you understand and accept the random nature of the product.
Except for verified shipping or fulfillment errors, all mystery product sales are final.

4. Bullion & Numismatic Coins

Many of the items sold by APA Coins are collectible numismatic coins or precious metal bullion.

Because collector markets fluctuate:

We make no guarantees regarding future market value.
Grades assigned by third-party grading companies remain the opinions of those companies.
Natural toning, mint imperfections, historical wear, packaging variations, or production characteristics are not considered defects.

5. Shipping

We take pride in packaging every order securely.

Orders are generally shipped within 1–3 business days after your purchase or livestream.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.
APA Coins cannot be responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or packages confirmed as delivered.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete due to an error on our part:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photographs of the packaging and contents.
After reviewing your claim, we may provide a replacement (when available), store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for review.

7. Collector Responsibility

Please bid and purchase responsibly.

Before purchasing, customers are encouraged to:

Review the product description.
Read any available checklist.
Understand the random nature of surprise products.
Ask questions before placing bids.

All purchases are made voluntarily.

8. Community Expectations

APA Coins is built around creating a positive collecting community.

We reserve the right to remove participants, cancel orders, or refuse future service for behavior including:

Harassment
Hate speech
Threats
Fraudulent activity
Excessive disruption of livestreams
Abuse toward staff or other community members

9. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APA Coins shall not be liable for:

Changes in precious metal or numismatic market values.
Third-party grading outcomes.
Carrier delays or shipping issues beyond our control.
Streaming platform outages.
Technical failures outside our control.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from purchases or participation in our services.

10. Policy Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our business or applicable laws.

The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of APA Coins constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

APA Coins only collects information necessary to process orders, provide customer support, and improve your shopping experience.

We will never sell or rent your personal information.

Payment information is processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, and we do not store full payment details on our servers.
